1Preheat the oven to 190 degrees.

2In a bowl, we put the milk and melted butter together.

3Let cool slightly, then add the eggs.

4Mix well.

5While we do mix the starch in a large bowl with the cheese.

6Make a hole in the middle and pour the liquid into it slowly, stirring.

7Knead well until everything is smooth.

8Let stand for several minutes.

9Make small balls, just about 3 cm in diameter.

10Put on ungreased pan.

11Bake for 12 up to 15 minutes, until golden brown.

12Do not leave them too long in the oven because they are so dry.

13They are eaten hot.


In Front Of 40 almojábanas:

4 cups cassava starch

3 cups or semi-hard cheese with enough flavor, finely grated or ground

1 cup of whole milk, warm of iets warms

5 tablespoons melted butter

2 large eggs, beaten
