Cream of corn

1Carefully wash the corn.

2Put water in a pot and bring to a boil.

3Add the butter melt in the pan and let the butter.

4Add the flour and stir constantly.

5Before the flower is brown, add the boiling water.

6Let it boil and then add the chicken stock, salt and pepper.

7Stir frequently and cook for 5 minutes.

8Meanwhile, mix the milk with corn.

9When cooking, Remove the pan from the heat and add the liquid to corn.

10Put the pan back on low heat to keep warm cream.


½ pond corn

2 grams of butter

2 tablespoons flour

5 cups water

1 chicken stock cube

1 cup milk

1 teaspoon salt
