Coconut flan

Directions

1Prepare the syrup with water and sugar for the flan.

2Preheat the oven to 150 º C.

3Mix the milk and condensed milk, eggs and a pinch of salt together.

4Mix everything and add in a second phase coconut.

5Stir the mixture.

6Fill the prepared molds and place them in a pan with water in it.

7Enter the tray in the oven and bake for 20-30 minuten per 180g flan.

8If you see that they are quite brown, Cover with foil.

9 When serving

10Put the flan at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.

11Put coconut on it just before serving.

Ingredients

320 gram milk

300 grams of condensed milk

125 grams grated coconut

5 Owner

a pinch of salt

water and sugar for the caramel
