1Cut the pork into medium-sized pieces, in a saucepan and bring to boil a cup of water, salt, pepper and a tablespoon of olive oil cooking.
2Put a little of the broth aside.
3Once cooked, pour oil and let brown.
5When the pieces are brown pork out of the pot and set aside.
6Frying not wash.
7While set apart broth seasoning with pepper, cumin, vinegar and garlic for use as a sauce.
8Pour this preparation in the pan where you have the pieces of pork fried.
10Add the browned pork pieces and bring to the boil.
11Serve with boiled cassava and onions.
