Shrimp tacos

Directions

1In a large, deep frying pan fry the bacon over medium heat until evenly browned.

2Pour the bacon fat away.

3Add the onions to the pan with the bacon and fry 5 minutes or until the onions are translucent.

4Stir in shrimp and chipotle chilies and fry 4 minutes or until they are well hot.

5Heat the tortillas on an ungreased skillet over medium heat for 10 up to 15 seconds. Turn around and cook for 5 up to 10 seconds.

6Fill the heated tortillas with the shrimp mixture.

7Sprinkle with coriander, lime juice and salt.

Ingredients

340 g spec, cut into small pieces

0,5 ui, diced

910 g large cooked shrimp - peeled, cleaned, and cut in half

3 Chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, ground beef

12 corn tortilla's

45 g chopped fresh cilantro

1 lime, sap

salt to taste (Optional)
