Meatballs in sauce – Albondiga

1Start by soaking the bread in the milk.

2Add the meat, garlic, not, soaked bread, parsley, salt and pepper in a bowl and mix well.

3Form the meatballs and roll lightly in flour.

4Heat oil (just about 1 cm in de pan) and add the meatballs.

5Cook for about 10 minutes, regularly rotate.

6Remove from the oil and drain on a paper towel.

Making the sauce: Use about half of the oil of the meatballs.

1Add the onion and garlic and cook until soft.

2Stir about 1 / 2 tablespoon of the flour for the thickness of the sauce.

3Add the broth and wine and simmer for about 10 minutes more cooking.

4Place the meatballs in the sauce and let it all about 5 minutes cooking.

5Serve in a bowl with the sauce!
