Colored beans

1Place the beans in 3 liter of water for 6 hour.

2Cook then keeping the other beans.

3Peel and cut the potatoes into chunks and add to the soup.

4To 20 minutes, cut the bacon and the sausage into small pieces.

5Fry the bacon and add the chopped fresh herbs into small cubes.

6Add the tomato and dry spices.

7Boil for 20 minutes.

8Do bit of salt.

9Remove the pot from the heat and let stand for 20 minutes.



1 ½ cup beans

substantial Bones 120 g

100 g bacon

1 medium Chorizo

3 medium potatoes

1 medium onion

6 cloves of garlic

2 medium sweet peppers

1 tablespoon tomato paste

1 laurierblad

1 pinch of roasted and ground cumin

1 pinch of roasted and ground oregano

2 tablespoons oil

Salt to taste
