1Dissolve the yeast in the warm milk with melted butter.

2Add the sugar, eggs and flour together.

3Knead until the dough is smooth, If necessary, add flour.

4Let rise until doubled in volume.

5Take the dough and knead it again a few minutes.

6Divide the dough into pieces and give it a shape of your choice.

7Then place it on a baking sheet with parchment paper.

8Cover and let double in volume again.

9Bake in preheated oven at 250 degrees 6-8 minutes, depending on the oven.

10Then coat the cookies with the brush with melted butter and sugar.
