1Put butter in a frying pan, chopped onion and bacon, bake.
2Add the turkey liver and bovine liver, minced pork, salt and pepper.
3Sprinkle a few drops of Madera and flambé with cognac (Optional).
4Remove from heat, put everything in a bowl, let cool.
5Add two whole eggs and mix so that everything is well mixed.
6Put in a pan of butter and olive oil, 1 of 2 cloves of garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper and add 2 cups of good white wine.
7Do in the oven.
