Chicken soup with manioc

1Boil the chicken in a pot with three liters of water.

2Blend pinda's, maïsmeel, garlic, onion and coriander with a little broth.

3Pour in the chicken.

4When the soup is almost ready, add the cassava into small pieces and bring to taste with salt.

5Served with chili cocona.


1 chicken cut into pieces

1 / 2 pounds of shelled peanuts

1 / 4 weight maïsmeel, sieved

2 cloves of garlic, peeled

1 ui, chopped

1 / 2 cup coriander

1 / 2 kilo of cooked cassava

Salt to taste
