Directions

1Spice up the chops in a bowl with salt, pepper, garlic, vinegar, thyme and Tabasco.

2Let marinate for 3 hour.

3In a bowl beat together then flour and breadcrumbs.

4Dip each cutlet first in egg, then in breadcrumb mixture.

5Place in greased baking dish and bake at 160 degrees for one hour and 175 degrees for about 10 minutes.

6Serve hot.

1 dash of Tabasco

2 teaspoons salt

1 cup breadcrumbs

1 / 4 teaspoon pepper

1 / 2 cup flour

1 tablespoon vinegar
