Croquettes with hamvulling

Directions

1Mix the hot potato, the yolks of two eggs, butter, until it becomes a paste.

2Put the ham along with the chopped parsley and the other egg yolk.

3Simmer for two minutes.

4If everything is completely cool.

5Take the mashed potatoes and form balls.

6Make a hole in the middle.

7Fill with the mixture of ham and put it close.

8Wrap in flour.

9Do it in the beaten egg with two tablespoons of water - breaded.

10Frying in hot oil.

2 cups boiled potatoes and sieved

1 tablespoon butter

2 egg yolks

1 sprig of parsley

1 cup chopped ham
