Light meatballs

1Put the minced meat with egg, 1 clove minced garlic, parsley, salt and pepper, toss with a fork, or by hand.

2For making the meatballs, We moisten hands.

3Put oil in a pan and fry the meatballs, we then drain on kitchen paper.

4In the same oil we fry the onion, laurel, tomatoes en 2 cloves of garlic. Afterwards, we add the wine and let evaporate.

5Then we do with it the meatballs in the pot. These herbs to taste and let it 20 minute simmer in the pot.
