Lentil soup

1Place the lentils and water in a large pot, meng in groente of stock.

2Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and cook 20 minutes.

3Stir the tomato, ui, carrots, appeal, peas, garlic, olive oil, barbeque sauce, in paprika in pot.

4Continue to 20 simmer.

5Season with salt and pepper to serve.


1 cup dry lentils

A quarter of water

1 vegetable stock cube

3 medium tomatoes, peeled and diced

1 large onion, diced

1 carrots, sliced

1 medium apple - shelled, cored and diced

1 / 2 cup frozen peas

1 large garlic clove

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 / 4 cup barbecue sauce

1 / 2 teaspoon paprika

salt and pepper to taste
