Old clothes (beef with peppers)

1Cooking meat cooked. (then keep the broth in which the meat has cooked)

2Drain and chop in a pan and add all ingredients (with the exception of the paprika) with the stock.

3Cook for about ten minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce into the meat has penetrated.

4Add pepper.

5Serve with white rice and combine with fried plantains.


1 ½ kilo of beef

1 medium red bell pepper

3 cloves of garlic

1 ui

1 laurierblaadje

½ teaspoon cumin

1 red pepper, if possible

6 tablespoons of tomato paste

¼ teaspoon pepper

¼ cup vegetable oil

3 tablespoons white wine or dry

salt to taste
