Salad of red cabbage – orange juice

1Wash the red cabbage.

2Cut into strips and set aside in a bowl.

3In another bowl, squeeze the juice from the oranges.

4Joint 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, oregano, salt and pepper to taste in orange juice.

5Whisk until ingredients are completely mixed.

6Add the vinaigrette with red cabbage.

7Add to serve the nuts for garnish.


2 red cabbage

2 oranges

Dried oregano

Extra virgin olive oil

5 tablespoons nuts

salt and pepper to taste
