Directions

1Make a dressing with the oil, ui, garlic, pepper, tomato, salt and pepper.

2Add water, chicken stock, olluco, root vegetables, carrots, mint and oregano.

3Cooking for 20 minutes, and covered over low heat.

4Add rice, peas, potatoes, beans.

5Cooking for 10 minutes, and covered over low heat.

6Add corn and simmer yet 10 minutes.

7Finally add the milk, eggs and cheese slowly.

8Serve.

Ingredients

4 tablespoons oil

1 medium chopped onion

2 cloves of garlic

2 tablespoons chili pepper paste

2 tomatoes peeled and finely chopped

1 chicken stock cube

7 cups water

K ½ chopped pumpkin

1 ½ cup olluco washed and julienned

1 cup chopped carrot

2 sprigs of mint or mint

1 teaspoon oregano

1 / 2 cup rice

½ cup shelled peas

K ½ potato, peeled and chopped

1 ½ cup shelled beans

2 maize in slices of 2 cm

¾ cup evaporated milk
