Directions

1Beat thoroughly cleaned and washed with care.

2In a large pot: boiling salted water and when it starts to boil, add the entire lettuce and sprigs of parsley.

3Cooking for 3 minutes.

4Then remove the vegetables with a slotted spoon.

5Remove the parsley and keep the broth for cooking.

6Place lettuce on a wooden board and chop.

7Then melt the butter over low heat in a pan.

8Add the lettuce and cook gently 2 up to 3 minutes.

9Drizzle with broth of vegetables and cook for 20 minutes.

10After this time,: do everything in the blender and pour the cream into the same pan, diluted with cream.

11Cook for 2 up to 3 minutes until thickened.

12Season with salt and pepper.

13Stir well and serve immediately.
