Directions

1The chickpea are soaked in water for one night.

2Cut the meat into cubes. Wash and chop all the vegetables except onion and tomato.

3Wash the chickpeas and put them to cook.

4When they are to the boil.

5Add the vegetables and meat to.

6Add the salt and simmer until the chickpeas are tender (just about 1 hour).

7Chop the onion and tomato and fry it in olive oil.

8Add the sauce and let it thicken over medium heat.

9If you want, add to potatoes.
