Directions

1Scrub the mussels, place them in a saucepan, cover with a little broth and cook over high heat until they open.

2Remove from broth.

3Remove meat from shells and chop them into pieces.

4Keep the meat and throw the shells away.

5Strain the broth and bring to a boil and pour mussels in a large pan with the remaining broth.

6Add the remaining ingredients and bring just below boiling point, but be careful to avoid it begins to boil.

7Finally,, add the chopped mussels.

8Finally,, divide the soup into six cups broth and serve hot.

Ingredients

500 gram mussels

6 cups chicken broth

6 egg yolks

2 chopped peppers

6 slices of bread

1 slice of tomato, peeled and finely chopped

1 each large carrots, cooked and chopped

100 grams of cooked green beans and chopped

shredded chicken
