Tamal uit bread

1Cut the meat into pieces and marinate with garlic and lemon.

2Bake it in the pan.

3Take these little fat to prepare the sauce: onions, paprika's, tomatoes and dry wine.

4Boil the corn in the water, grind it well.

5Then add it to the meat. Like the sauce we made.

6Pour water and cook for about an hour, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.

7Season with salt and pepper.

8Serve hot.


3 cups cornmeal

500 grams pork

2 cloves of garlic

lemon or sour orange

1 tablespoon oil

1 ui

1 pepper

3 tablespoons of tomato sauce

½ cup dry wine

1 ½ liter water

salt to taste
