Venezuelan black bean soup

Directions

1Check and clean the beans of dirt or stones.

2Late one night before weeks.

3Rinse and drain well.

4Put enough water in a pot, bring to a boil and add the beans.

5Reduce heat and simmer, covered, cook for about 45 minutes.

6If necessary, add more water.

7Heat the oil in a skillet and saute the onion, garlic, paprika or chili and chopped pork.

8Add the sauce to the soup, along with salt, pepper, cumin and brown sugar to taste.

9Cook the soup over low heat and covered, until the beans soft and tasteful.

10Add at the end of cooking coriander and stir.
