 500 grams of ground beef
 500 grams of ground pork
 130 gram spec, coarsely chopped
 2 onions, grated
 2 cloves of garlic, mince
 1 cup breadcrumbs
 2 Owner
 1 tablespoon mustard
 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
 3 boiled eggs
 1 piece red pepper strips
 2 carrots, grated
 2 cloves of garlic
 1 piece onion chopped
 Salt and pepper to taste

Mix the meat, spec, grated onion, minced garlic, bread-crumbs, losgeklopte owner,mustard, parsley and salt and pepper to taste together.

Knead well.

Next, on a cloth.

In the center of the meat mixture do the boiled eggs, red pepper strips and carrots.
