 2 prawn
 6 mussels
 1/4 chopped onion
 1 clove of garlic, well chopped
 parsley
 1/4 broth glas
 1 teaspoon flour
 olive oil and salt

Saute onion and garlic in a little oil.

Add the prawns so that they become light brown.

Put the flour and broth.

When it begins to boil, the slices of hake, mussels, prawns and chopped parsley.
