Clean and wash the squid. Sliced. Season with salt and pepper.

Put the squid in flour and fry in plenty of oil until golden brown and crispy. Drain well and place on absorbent paper to remove excess fat.

Serve with tartar sauce and a lemon cut into 4 to share.
