 25 grs. fresh yeast bread
 125 grs. butter
 200 ml. milk
 100 gr. sugar
 lemon zest
 2 Owner
 600 g flour

Dissolve the yeast in the warm milk with melted butter.

Add the sugar, Owner, lemon zest and flour together.

Knead until the dough is smooth, If necessary, add flour.

Put this to one side so that it can rise until doubled in volume.

Take the dough and knead again.

Divide the dough into pieces and give it a shape of your choice.

Then place it on a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cover and let double in volume again.

Behind 10 minutes at 220º in the oven.
