 500 g chickpeas
 125 g chicken breast
 40 g ham
 60 g bacon
 100 g pork rib
 90 g chorizo
 100 g beef
 150 g carrots
 50 g leeks
 200 g spinach
 100 g pumpkin
 50 g ui
 50 g tomatoes
 2 tablespoons olive oil
 salt

The chickpea are soaked in water for one night.

Cut the meat into cubes. Wash and chop all the vegetables except onion and tomato.

Wash the chickpeas and put them to cook.

When they are to the boil.

Add the vegetables and meat to.

Add the salt and simmer until the chickpeas are tender (just about 1 hour).

Chop the onion and tomato and fry it in olive oil.

Add the sauce and let it thicken over medium heat.
