 ½ k clean fish
 6 cloves of garlic
 1 tablespoon paprika
 1 tablespoon salt
 ¼ cup white vinegar
 Lemon Juice
 ½ cup vegetable oil
 ½ teaspoon pepper
 ¼ teaspoon cumin
 spiesjes
 3 potatoes cooked to decorate
 2 slices of cooked corn 3 cm to decorate
 5 leaves of lettuce for garnish
 
Sauce:
 1 tablespoon yellow pepper
 ½ teaspoon salt
 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
 Pepper to taste

Cut fish into 3 cm for kant.

Mix all remaining ingredients.

Marinate the fish for half an hour in this preparation.

Thread the pieces of fish in groups of 3 per stock.

Bake on hot grill, enough twists and grease with a brush over the oil.

Serve on a plate.

Garnish with lettuce, slices of boiled potatoes and corn.

Pour the sauce over.

Put the oil in a pan, yellow pepper, salt and pepper.
