Marinate the meat with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Place in a bowl and make the marinade with onion, garlic, pepper, tomatoes and water.
Leave this in the marinade for a few hours or at night.
Remove the meat from the bowl and wipe a little juice with a fork.
In a pan, place over medium-high heat (be careful do not burn), oil and raw sugar.
Bake meat while turning so as to form a seal and dark crust on all sides.
Remove the roast and put the sauce in a bowl.
Put the roast in another pot with the sauce.
Add the salt and pepper to taste, stir well.
Let it cook under low heat until soft, for about one hour.
Again to remove the roast and cut the meat into thin pieces, back into the sauce and cook for half an hour to an hour until the meat is tender and juicy good.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
