3 medium peppers
1 large onion
6 cloves of garlic

Take the beans and wash them before using.

Boil the beans in a pot with 3 liter of water for 6 hour.

Then cook with fresh herbs, peeled and cut into small pieces, over medium heat.

Add the cumin and bay leaf.

When the kernels are soft, pour sugar, red wine and salt.
