Directions

1To prepare the stuffing, fry the chopped onion, add the bacon between 4 and 6mm, and the garlic and chopped parsley.

4Add the remaining ingredients chopped. To Taste. If you are ready in the fridge.

5Fill the turkey and rub the surface with butter, salt and pepper. After filling,, de opening dichtnaaien.

6Put in the fridge again.

7When you are finished bake sprinkle with a mixture of dry wine, broth and butter.

8Cover the breast with a cloth and put it in the oven in a suitable container.
