Directions

1Heat butter or margarine in a frying pan.

2Add flour and stir until brown.

3On medium heat, gradually add the milk to form a thick bechamel cream.

4In a frying pan we fry the chicken and then shredding.

5We add the chicken to the bechamel sauce and broth, continue cooking, under continuous stirring,.

6Let cool.

7Beat two eggs on a plate, and in another bread crumbs.

8Take the dough with a teaspoon, shape, by the egg and bread crumbs.

9Fry in hot oil until golden brown.

1 beef cube

3 tablespoons flour

¾ cup milk or broth

2 tablespoons butter or margarine

1 cup breadcrumbs
