Japanese mayonnaise

1Grate the cucumber.

2Mix it with salt and place in a colander so the water can drain.

3Meanwhile, cook the potatoes and carrots cooked.

4Remove the skin from both the potatoes and wort elsen

5Mash the potatoes.

6Cut the carrot into thin, coin-like slices.

7Add the carrot slices, chopped onion, grated cucumber and hard boiled eggs in the mashed potatoes.

8Add the mayonnaise, salt and pepper.

9Put anything in the refrigerator before serving to allow the flavors to come into their own.


1 kg of potatoes

2 carrots

2 japonese cucumbers (of 1 large English cucumber), grated (or cut into thin slices)

1 small onion, diced

1 large egg or 4 quail eggs, hard-boiled

1/2 cup mayonnaise

salt and pepper to taste
