1Wash okra and cut into half-slices.
2Reduce heat to it add the lemon and add three tablespoons of water.
3Prepare a sauce with chopped herbs and tomato paste in three tablespoons of fat.
4Cut the sausage into small pieces and add to sauce, if desired, you can use for fried pork.
5Remove the okra from the heat and drain.
6Add the sauce to everything else, water or dry white wine, salt, banana or pumpkin, cut into pieces, stir well and simmer until okra is tender and the sauce thickens.
7Serve with white rice.
