Cut the garlic and onion into pieces.
1Heat olive oil in a pan.
2Add the garlic and onion in the pan.
3Add teaspoon pimenton picante far.
5Add the peeled tomatoes and bay leaf.
6Sprinkle the crowd with the tablespoon sugar.
7Season well with black pepper.
9Let the mixture boil down to just let the juice of the peeled tomatoes disappear.
10Remove bay leaf out.
11Pour mixture into a bowl and mash with a mixer until smooth.
Pour a good dash of sunflower oil in the pan and heat.
1Discard the peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes. (not too small / large)
2Put the potatoes in the oil.
3Bake until golden brown.
