Red Pozole

1Do 4 liters of water in a large saucepan and heat.

2Add garlic, corn, pork, bones and other meat to.

3Let cook until the corn is tender.

4Add salt to taste.

5Take the chiles, that gives the red color to the pozole and then turn to cook them with the 3 cloves of garlic.

6In the end we have to mix this mixture with the meat.

7Continue to cook until the meat is cooked properly.

8Chop the onion and lettuce.

9Cut the radishes into thin slices and add to all.



Salt to taste

4 cucumbers

25 radishes (to taste)

1 ui

2 cloves of garlic

1 lettuce

1 mespuntje oregano

2 pasilla chiles or chile ancho type red dye pozole

1 voorgekookt kilogram corn

½ kg pork bone

200 grams pork

½ kilo varkenspoot

4 liter water
