Directions

1Diced cooked cassava.

2Season with salt, pepper and cumin.

3Add onion, pepper and coriander to.

4Sprinkle with some olive oil and lemon juice and mix.

5Serve and garnish with coriander.

Ingredients

2 k maniok, peeled and cooked

1 large onion, thinly sliced

2 up to 3 yellow pepper, seeded and deveined, cut into thin strips

Salt

Pepper

Cumin

1 / 3 cup coriander, mince

Olive Oil

Lemon Juice

Optional: red pepper, seeded and deveined, chopped
