Bowls of cooked fish

1Melt the butter in a pan and fry the onion.

2Add the flour, brown a little and add the broth and wine stirring continuously.

3Cook until creamy consistency.

4Then add the fish, which has been previously fragmented.

5Then add the sour cream and season with salt and pepper.

6Once everything is mixed, divide into four shells or refractory bowls.

7Sprinkle with cheese and place in the oven with the grill on for ten minutes or until the top is golden brown.

8Remove from the oven, Garnish to taste and serve hot.


250 ounces of cooked fish

1 tablespoon butter

small onion, chopped

1 tablespoon flour

cup fish stock

2 tablespoons white wine

2 tablespoons whipped cream

2 tablespoons grated cheese

Salt and pepper to taste
