Skewers with fish sauce

Directions

1Cut fish into 3 cm for kant.

2Mix all remaining ingredients.

3Marinate the fish for half an hour in this preparation.

4Thread the pieces of fish in groups of 3 per stock.

5Bake on hot grill, enough twists and grease with a brush over the oil.

6Serve on a plate.

7Garnish with lettuce, slices of boiled potatoes and corn.

8Pour the sauce over.

Sauce:

1Put the oil in a pan, yellow pepper, salt and pepper.

2Bake for 5 minutes.

3On pouring the fish.

Ingredients

½ k clean fish

6 cloves of garlic

1 tablespoon paprika

1 tablespoon salt

¼ cup white vinegar

Lemon Juice

½ cup vegetable oil

½ teaspoon pepper

¼ teaspoon cumin

spiesjes

3 potatoes cooked to decorate

2 slices of cooked corn 3 cm to decorate

5 leaves of lettuce for garnish

Sauce:

1 tablespoon yellow pepper

½ teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Pepper to taste
