Directions

1Cut the onion into strips and put it to fry with a little oil, try it on low heat, so they do not burn, we add the bay leaf, the garlic, pepper and a pinch of salt.

2When the onion is well poached, We do let the glass oil and vinegar with it this 10 simmer.

3Ingredients for fish .... a sole, a little salt, pepper, a tablespoon of oil and tuna steaks an inch thick.

4Heat a sole with oil and fry the tuna, not too much that it is not too dry.

5Serve with the marinade.
