 6 egg yolks
 2 / 3 cup sugar
 1 kopje room
 1 tablespoon gelatin
 1 / 4 cup evaporated milk
 2 cups strawberries
 2 eetlepels Amaretto
 1 / 4 cup water

Put the egg yolks, sugar and evaporated milk in a bowl.

Whisk over a bain marie until the mixture is a doubled and thicker.

Remove from the heat, pour into a bowl and let stand ??until cold.

Then sprinkle gelatin over the water in a saucepan and stir until dissolved.

Whip the cream and fold yolk mixture.

Add gelatin mixture (chilled), strawberries and Amaretto.

Pour into large serving bowl and place in the fridge until it is cool enough.
