 100 g sugar
 75 g flour
 50 g butter
 a pinch of salt
Filling
 200 cc. room
 3 tablespoons sugar
 200 grams diced strawberries
 powdered sugar
 strawberries for garnish

Beat the egg yolks with sugar creamy, gradually add the flour with a wooden spoon, then add the melted butter.

Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt, with stirring slowly add the egg yolks with the flour.

Take a baking tray from the oven and place a baking paper thereon.

Pour the mixture on it.

Place in preheated oven at 200 degrees and let 8-10 minutes in it.

Let cool slightly, and proceed to fill with whipped cream, strawberry slices.

Roll the mass softly and gently and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
