 2 servings of chicken
 500 grams of pork or beef
 1 large onion, chopped
 4 cloves of garlic
 3 quarter of the chicken broth
 2 peppers, chopped peppers into thin strips
 3 carrots, diced
 ¼ pound diced pumpkin
 5 maiskolven
 500 grams of ripe tomatoes, peeled
 Salt and pepper to taste

Season the minced meat with salt and pepper.

Bake brown in a large pan with two tablespoons of oil.
