250 grs. pork liver
150 Grs. verse bacon
8 cloves of garlic
½ kg. green peppers
1 red pepper
½ kg. potatoes

Cut all the meat into cubes and fry them separately.

Meanwhile, fry garlic until golden halves.

Fry also peppers and onions.

Preheat the oven to 150 º C.

Place meat, garlic, peppers and potatoes in a clay pot and mix.

Place in the oven and heated for the 30 minutes.
