 1 kg verse visfilets
 1 citroen
 grated 1 ui
 garlic cloves, squeezed
 salt and pepper to taste

 1 cup breadcrumbs

Season the fish with the onion, garlic, salt, pepper and lemon juice.

Let stand for about 15 minutes for the taste.

Beat the egg and while the flour in a bowl, and bread crumbs in another.

Put the fillets in the flour, then the egg, then breadcrumbs, so they are well coated.

Place a frying pan containing hot oil, turn cautious, until golden brown.

Served with butter and lemon.
