1 small can of diced smoked ham
1 slice or sheet roasted red peppers

Grind the smoked ham with the red pepper.

Add the nutmeg.

Stuff the chicken with this mixture.

Tie the thighs with some rope and add some salt.

Place them in a baking dish, put a glass of water with it.

Add a small branch of rosemary and two sprigs of thyme there.

Place in a preheated oven 210 º C approximately 45 minutes.
