 3 kip schnitzels
 1 large onion
 5 cloves of garlic
 1 teaspoon cornstarch
 1 small glass of white wine
 1 / 2 cup water
 salt
 pepper
 nutmeg

Chop the chicken in half and place in a small pot, such as those used to cook rice.
