
500 gram lentils
1 piece of smoked ham
½ Spanish chorizo
½ green pepper
½ red pepper
Coriander leaves (of 1 teaspoon coriander powder)
6 cloves of garlic
2 carrots
2 red potatoes

Wash the lentils.

In a deep pot, we cook the lentils with water.

Add piece of smoked ham with it.

Grind the onion, garlic, red pepper and coriander leaves with tomato.

Add the ground spices to the pot.

Cut the sausage into round pieces and put them in the pot.

Stir.

Season with olive oil, salt, pepper and cumin.

Add the carrots and potatoes, cut into small pieces.

When it begins to boil, put on lower heat and simmer about 30 - 40 minutes cooking .
