 1 cup dry lentils
 A quarter of water
 1 vegetable stock cube
 3 medium tomatoes, peeled and diced
 1 large onion, diced
 1 carrots, sliced
 1 medium apple - shelled, cored and diced
 1 / 2 cup frozen peas
 1 large garlic clove
 1 tablespoon olive oil
 1 / 4 cup barbecue sauce
 1 / 2 teaspoon paprika
 salt and pepper to taste

Place the lentils and water in a large pot, meng in groente of stock.
