Place a good steak, just about 2 kg (1 of 2 cm thick and about 40 at 60centimeter) in a deep pan or griddle.

Season with oregano, thyme, freshly ground pepper, chili and salt.

Cover with milk and let it rest for 8 up to 12 hour.

Put the steak in preheated oven at 250 º.

The timing is dependent on the thickness and the weight of the steak.

It is more tender by the time.

When the milk opdroogd before it is cooked enough, add more.

If it is almost ready, salt and do a good amount of vinegar to the milk do.

It is eaten with mashed potatoes, fries or salad.
